Great location, close to everything. In front of the apartment building, there is a large and beautiful park named after Fr. J. Poniatowski. Within a 5-minute walk, there are two shopping centers: Pasaż Łódzki and Nowa Sukcesja Hopa Lupa. Nearby, the bustling Piotrkowska Street, Orientarium ZOO Łódź, Atlas Arena. The place is very well connected logistically. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa bed. Quiet apartment with a beautiful view

I will provide a spacious 66 sq m apartment. It has 2 rooms - a bedroom with a double bed and a living room. Separate bathroom and toilet, and of course a kitchen. Additionally, there is a utility room. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view :) Furnished and fully equipped. The apartment is close to the Centrum Zdrowia Matki Polki (Polish Mother's Health Center). Lidl and Biedronka are about 550 m away. A little further away, there is the Stawy Jana park. A bus stop is just a few steps away.
