Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

It is a place full of good energy, where you can wonderfully rest, reset, forget about worries and troubles. The covered terrace and the shed enable relaxation even in the rain. For the brave, it is possible to sleep outdoors. There is a hammock and a swing in the garden. A concrete grill will allow you to prepare delicious meals in the fresh air.
