Sustainable Living on 1st Floor, Free Parking!

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in der Altstadt für Alleinreisende, Freunde und Familie. Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Original freshly furnished 2.5-room apartment with balcony. It's perfectly located. Directly next to the children's hospital, very good public transport connection. The Olma trade fair is within walking distance, shopping facilities and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The old town can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus. An ideal place for business people, trade fair and hospital visitors or for holiday stays.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
