Apartments Stachy - Apartment Popelná

The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Golfers receive a green fee discount at the Oberzwieselau Golf Park Furnished by the architectural firm bauconcept, in clear structures and high-quality materials. Large park of the former Gardening at Oberzwieselau Castle for free use. Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

It's our own place where we have been going for many years to relax, play sports and go to the forest for blueberries and mushrooms. The apartment is part of a small complex of several cottages, located in the quiet by the forest, outside the hustle and bustle of the village. It is an ideal base for families, walks, sports and ordinary being in nature.
