Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Zrincy near Split with heated pool & hot tub

Our holiday home Zrincy is located in Srinjine near Split (approx. 15km). The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. Kitchen and living room areas and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. With interior space, guests have access to the entire yard with a swimming heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and hot tub. We also have private parking. House if fully fenced and provides full privacy. We are pet friendly and the entire facility is for you during your stay!

Spectacular vila X w heated pool

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Perfect location! Discover Split in style and comfort in our villa. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small village in the Split County of Central Dalmatia with a beautiful panoramic view of a large mountain. You have your own sweet villa, private pool, children's playground and large garden to enjoy privacy with almost no neighbors around. The villa is in a central location for visiting many sights, national parks, Dubrovnik, Pelješki Bridge, Split, Brač, Hvar, etc.

New luxury villa with heated pool and jacuzzi!

Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. A big private heated pool, great jacuzzi for 6, an IR sauna, a private movie theater and gaming room, billiard room, a giant fenced outdoor area with a football field, badminton court or table tennis.

Holiday house above Split with peaceful holiday retreat. House offers privacy and intimacy with breathtaking panoramic view. The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

You like to have a holiday in a private villa with a heated pool, quietly located with a breathtaking view, in a nice traditional renovated old stone house, full equipment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an old Konoba,(place where you can sit and enjoy the grill), close to Split and Omis, nearby a lot off nice beaches, and very close to adventure, historical places, than you have to spend your holiday in this villa.
