Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Its only a 5 minute walk to the new modern beach which contains restaurants, cocktail bars and other contents. Apartment is 7min on foot from downtown away. The nearest grocery store, a bakery and a gas station is less than 100m away.The airport of Zadar and Split airport is only 60 km far away.
