In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Schöneiche in the green belt on the outskirts of Berlin

The small apartment has about 30 m², a shower + toilet as well as a living/sleeping room with an integrated kitchen area and is particularly suitable for couples and business travelers. If you are looking for accommodation for activities in the capital Berlin or in a beautiful, scenic environment, you are very well accommodated here. The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
