This modern 2-bedroom apartment is great for families, friends and business trips. Both bedrooms are well-equipped with AC (hot + cold), blackout shutters, and built-in cupboards. They are cosy and stylish, both with large (150cmx2m) beds. Enjoy the open plan living area, kitchen and long working desk with lamp & chair for digital nomads. The large covered balcony hosts both lounging and dining. Please note there is construction ongoing across the road and due to the heat, they start early.

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

It has a beautiful veranda with a breath taking view of the mountains and gardens. It is 15-20 mins drive from the sea and half an hour from Platres mountains. Enjoy the gardens with olive, pine, citrus trees, vougenvilias and a variety of others. Next to the pool there is a kiosk where you can enjoy your food and drinks.
