Il progetto ha voluto valorizzare e riscoprire tutte la parti storiche dell'appartamento e dargli valore .abbiamo pensato gli spazi in modo da avere 2 stanze separate con i propri bagni . La casa è un movimento di spazi , quote e materiali . La stanza in soffitta, accessibile da una scala a chiocciola , gode del panorama del porto . Dalla sala lo scorcio che attraversa il quartiere ebraico e cattura un angolo di mare . La luce è ovunque

Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.
