Luminoso appartamento al primo primo piano della villa familiare situata nella pineta davanti a una piccola caletta alla quale si accede direttamente dal giardino. Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

The house, with a view of the sea, is located in Cala Liberotto, a tourist district in the Municipality of Orosei (12 km), within a very large green area, suitable for those who love being in contact with nature. The beach, of fine sand, is located about 30 meters from the house, with direct access from the garden. Priceless to start lunch, go for a dip, come home, sit at the table: all in 3 minutes.
