Welcome to Casa CintiLAR. Stay in a private residence divided into 4 studio apartments, clean, cozy, semi-detached, simple and in an upscale area. Cared for with dedication and affection. Only the outside area is shared. You will have privacy. We want quiet guests; who leave during the day and arrive at night to rest; do not smoke inside the kitnet and respect that it is forbidden to receive visits from friends and relatives on the premises. The pool is unavailable in winter.

It is an excellent space to spend the night, rest, after a day of work, sightseeing or passing through the city! It has a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, kitchen utensils, bath and face towels, a complete bed set and a blanket, and an independent entrance to the house. It is part of the main house, but you will be isolated and independent of the main house! IMPORTANT: - There is no parking space. - Visitors are NOT allowed. - There are stairs. - Guest turnover is not allowed.
