A perfect villa for those who love tranquility, 311 steps from the house, it enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the village. As you can see in the photos there are two wooden houses close to each other! so there is the possibility if you both rent to have neighbors, within the structure there are also other apartments and we live too and my family is like a small residence! comfortable wooden cottage ideal for couples, an ideal destination for spending holidays in PESCHICI. I advise guests to be self-driven because we are 1,5km from the center of Peschici and 2km the beach of the village!

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

"La casetta di nonna Olga" offers pleasant stays dedicated to relaxation and privacy. Recently renovated, it is built on two floors connected internally by a stone staircase.
