Charming sailing boat

EXCLUSIVE USE. My sailing boat is moored in the ancient port in the heart of the city, facing the city skyline just a few steps away from the historic center with its old houses and romantic alleys and from the modern center characterized by a recently renovated pedestrian area with beautiful shops and excellent restaurants. Leaving the marina you find yourself on the seafront that connects the two central districts where the most beautiful attractions of the Apulian capital are located.

The boat is situated in the Bay of Naples, in Castellammare di Stabia, close to the ruins of Pompei, Ercolano and Stabia. It's easy to reach Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi. The Oceanis Clipper 411 is composed of 3 double bedrooms (total 6 sleeping places), 2 bathrooms with shower (hot water), living room with kitchen, table and couch. The inside is made of cherry wood. New sunbed on the bow and New air conditioner also during for sailing. Refitting 2025. Near train station. Parking area is available. To enjoy your holiday you can canoeing, use my Stand Up Paddle or 4 bike (one of these has also the child seat). The price showed is for b&b use but text me for your tour

THE TRAIN STATION TO REACH POMPEI, SORRENTO, ERCOLANO, NAPOLI IS 5 MINUTES WALK DISTANCE FROM THE BOAT.
