Chauffage bois et radiateurs bloqués à 19° Une véranda avec espace de jeu ( billard, baby-foot) et détente non chauffée l'hiver Un garage attenant vous permettant de ranger vélos ou autre. De nombreuses visites possible dans la région ( plage du débarquement, Le MT ST MICHEL, viaduc de la Souleuvre, Granville, Villedieu les Poêles ). Linge de lit non fournis. Location à la semaine pendant les vacances scolaires (arriver le samedi).
