Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

A stone's throw from local shops, annexed to a main residence, for business or leisure, we offer a 17m² one-bedroom apartment with a small terrace area. It consists of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and wc. Private parking in a closed courtyard and two outdoor parking lots nearby. Village offering sports and cultural activities, 15 min from the motorway and 25 min from Bourges.
