Ancienne grange rénovée avec vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées! Au cœur d’un village paisible, venez apprécier le calme de ce logement. Grange indépendante, séparée de notre maison et d’un autre gîte , vous partagerez en commun le jardin ainsi que sa magnifique piscine lagon! Au rez de chaussée une chambre de 21 m2 avec salle de bain et wc , donnant sur la terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif. Un garage de 20m2 donne accès à un escalier vous menant à l’étage à la pièce de vie et sa terrasse avec vue 🏔️

Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre maison. Il y a 20 ans, j'ai eu un vrai coup de cœur pour ce coin aux confins de l'Occitanie: le charme des vignobles, les vallons à perte de vue, le calme, la bâtisse à restaurer. J'ai conçu cette maison pour y accueillir nos nombreux amis et notre famille. Avec Laurence, nous avons chiné tous les objets de déco, inventé des décors différents pour chaque chambre et créée l'ambiance confort et cocoon dont nous rêvions pour nos vacances.A bientôt..

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Caves de Saint-Mont et du Madirannais a visiter . Epicerie bio (groupement de producteurs locaux) et marché tous les Jeudis a proximité .

À Viella, dans le Gers, un gite 3 * spacieux tout équipé pour se déconnecter au calme, se ressourcer et profiter des nombreuses festivités estivales (jazz in Marciac, Tempo Latino Vic Fezensac...). Maison de 100 m², mitoyenne de la nôtre, avec jardin privatisé pour nos voyageurs, offrant idéalement deux chambres adultes, et deux salles d'eau. Une chambre enfants est possible mais en enfilade. Vous pourrez prendre vos repas sous le palmier, après une randonnée (départ de chemins à 100m).

Where old meets new in perfect harmony. Everything you need for short or long stay vacation. Rural setting, close to the Adour River. In an area of natural beauty. This region of France is known as the gastronomic department. The vineyards are many. And they offer tastings. Local produce foie gras, Duck, Croustades to name a few. Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

Au bout d’un chemin privé, Sylvie, Vincent et Vanille ( Berger australien) seront heureux de vous accueillir dans leur gîte avec vue dégagée sur les champs de tournesol et de maïs. Studio traversant de 40m2 de plain pied situé en mitoyenneté avec les propriétaires sans vis-à-vis.

Studio au cœur de la campagne à 10 min de Marciac, 30 min de Nogaro et 1 h de la montagne. Vous pourrez profiter de sa fonctionnalité avec sa cuisine équipée ( frigo, plaque à induction, four, cafetière dolce gusto, micro onde), salle d’eau. Pour amoureux des animaux nous avons un petit élevage familial de perroquets. Nous élevons aussi des bergers australiens.
