Nybyggt gästhus som stod klart 2021! Här bor ni med 2,8 km till kustpärlan Hunnebostrand & dess mysiga samhälle med sina affärer, hamnar & härliga badplatser. Bostaden är belägen mellan två stall på lugn gata med lite trafik. Lantligt läge med vacker natur runtomkring. Vill man vandra eller cykla finns Sotelden inpå knuten och till Ramsvikslandets naturreservat är det 9,2 km. Till Nordens Ark är det 15 min med bil, likaså till Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nära är det även till Fjällbacka.

Lägenhet nära hav & bad på Fisketången vid Smögen

Njut hela året i unik pittoresk miljö. Lugnt promenadvänligt område med boende nära havet ca 100 meter till bad. Centrum med affärer, restauranger, pubar, butiker, vårdcentral, busshållplats tar ca 15 minuter att promenera till eller ta med Pick-nick på Klåvholmen, 5 minuter via Pontonbro. Njut på avstånd av båtarna som passerar vid Havets E6. Stillheten råder kvällstid, men önskas nattliv ta taxibåt från centrum rakt upp på Smögenbryggan med sjudande folkliv på sommar och stillhet vintertid.

Upplev Bohuslän och övernatta i anrika Tossene Prästgård (byggt 1898). I vackra och lugna Tossene kan ni slappna av på landsbygden efter en dag med sol och bad i kustsamhällena Bovallstrand och Hunnebostrand som nås på mindre än 10 min med bil. Smögen, Hamburgsund eller Fjällbacka är ca 20 min bort. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, hall med kök samt ett badrum. Cyklar finns att låna. Semestra i denna stuga i det gamla fiskarsamhället Bovallstrand. Här omges du av pittoreska gränder med nära till hav och klippor men också till skogen med motionsspår 600 meter bort. I högsäsong finns 3 bra restauranger inom cirka 400 meter. Stugan är byggd 2012 med golvvärme och hög mysfaktor. Från terrassen har du en vacker havsutsikt. Behöver du arbeta med datorn eller streama filmer så finns fiber med internetanslutning på upp till 250Mbit/sek helt gratis. AppleTV finns i stugan.

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Njut av en minnesvärd vistelse när du bor på detta unika ställe. Jag är en pensionär som hyr ut en separat lägenhet, med egen ingång, i vår villa. Under lågsäsong, Sept - Maj. Lägenheten uthyres minst 3 nätter och en rabatt efter 7 nätter, även månadsvis under lågsäsong. Huset ligger lugnt o lantligt i fina Hunnebostrand. Ca 2 km till affärer, restauranger och bad. Städ ingår inte. Lakan och handdukar ingår inte, men kan köpas till.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
