Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

The spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with two soft pillows. Delicate sheer curtains drape above, creating an intimate setting. Soft lighting from candles enhances the calming atmosphere. Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Very nice renovated apartment facing the sea of 55 m2 and a Spanish courtyard of 40 m2, offering panoramic views of the sea where you can see beautiful sunrises, 2 bedrooms, private parking. The place is on the beach side (quiet bay), it's perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Scuba diving enthusiasts will love it. We are Airbnb superhosts because our priority is that guests have a great experience!
