※2023년 이후 후기들만 보세요.^^ 다른 곳입니다.ㅎ 신축 3층상가주택입니다. 방2.넓은거실.욕실구성입니다. 조용한 분들,가족/연인/친구분들 환영 합니다. 6인 이상, 특수한 경우는 예약전후 알려주시면 조율해 드리겠습니다.미성년자분들은 정중히 거절하며,중간에 사고등이 발생할수 있기에 신분증을 확인 절차를 진행할수도 있습니다.ㅎㅎ 대로변옆이라 주차후 이동 출입이 용이하며 주문진 시내라, 전통시장, 마트는 물론 바닷가와 도보2~5분거리며 , 신축이라 모든 시설물이 깨끗합니다. 바베큐는 화재의 위험성이 있어 불가하며 자이글이나 전기그릴대여가능하십니다.(별도비용있음) 실내에서는 대게찜을 드실수 없습니다. AVA House는 제가 어릴때 살던 집입니다. 기존 펜션, 모텔, 콘도와 달리 Airbnb 취지와 맞는 곳을 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 다른 숙소와 비교해서 화려하거나, 세련되거나... 그러진 않습니다. 오래된 집이라 벌레도 많고, 냄새도 나고, 뭐 특별하게 좋은 것도 없습니다.
