Sjarmerende og modernisert lite hus innerst i Maridalen. Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Få følelsen av å være på landet, samtidig som det er nært togstasjon (4 min å gå) med 12 min til Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i gangavstand til Kolbotn sentrum, med butikker/spisesteder, og tog/buss til Oslo. 10 min med bil til Tusenfryd. 5 min med bil til The well, Nord Europas største spa. Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
