Close to both forest and lake. 200 meters to Hedströmmen - you can both see and hear the steam from the cottage. It is five minutes by car to the child-friendly bathing area Sandviksbadet in Långsvan. In addition, there are several bathing areas and canoe trails nearby.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

The property is located about 6 km north of Lindesberg. On the farm there are sheep and horses. Around there are nice walking paths and wonderful nature with mushroom and berry fields. About 3 mil north is Klotens fishing area. Proximity to Bergslagsleden. Bathing areas are within the immediate area. The distance to Stockholm is about 18 mil and to Örebro about 4.5 mil. There is a train station in Lindesberg.
