Our house is 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 20 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, and 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est highway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it's an ideal spot. Kick back and relax in thiscalm, stylish space.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
