From here you can explore the Black Forest on foot, by mountain bike or in winter with skis (25-30 min. drive). The charming, historical town of Staufen with its castle ruins (10 min.), the Alsace region of France (20 min.), and the Markgräflerland with its variety of wineries and restaurants are always worth a visit!

In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities. One double bedroom (160 × 200), wardrobe and armchair. Second small bedroom with up to two single beds (100 × 200) and workstation, also suitable as a children's room. You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
