You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Welcome to our small house 5 minutes from Die with a beautiful view of the Diois and the Drôme Valley, at the foot of the Vercors, with independent access and a south-facing terrace. Here, you can enjoy the charm of Diois, the river and the nearby mountains. Depending on the season, hiking, climbing, mountain biking or swimming and relaxing in front of beautiful landscapes are available to you. Access to the river is a few minutes by car or bike.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
