Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.

A spacious terrace invites you to have breakfast in the sun, to relax or to end the evening in a cozy way. Free parking is of course also available. The Simssee is about 350 m away - with a public, freely accessible bathing meadow and jetty.
