This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

A few minutes' walk to private ponds – you can swim, walk, use a water bike (for two people). Also a few minutes from the cottage there is a place for a bonfire with a gazebo, located just above the water. For an additional fee, you can use the hot tub and the fish pond.
