The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors, 15 minutes from the center of Borås. The apartment has been newly renovated. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. 1 km to a really nice lake where there is a swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. The community also has tennis courts, padel courts, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

Nice small house in the countryside, perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is surrounded by forest, mushrooms, berries and a lake. Fishing licenses are available on site, and a boat is available for rent at SEK 200 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1,000. The house is connected to our main house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to provide information. Cleaning of the house at check-out is possible for an extra fee.

House in a rural setting of about 80 sqm. The house has 2 floors with 5 rooms and kitchen, small toilet on the lower floor and bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The house is on a farm where the owners live in the main building (family with children). The farm is adjacent to (road 157) which leads to various sights, and many activities both during the summer and winter. Patio for barbecue evenings is available. Swimming area (3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike). The nearest grocery store is ICA, about 8 km by car.

Cottage with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedroom/TV room on the upper floor, overlooking the lake. It is located on the plot where we live, a family of two adults, two children and a small dog. On-land feeling with close to forest and land, walking and cycling trails, swimming and fishing in both Sämsjön and Åsunden. Several miles of paved bike paths also ideal for roller skis starting outside the door. By agreement, a boat can be rented. Pick your own apples during the season.

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Fishing licenses can be redeemed if desired.
