The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
