The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
