Short distance to the city centre, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or in the city centre. Peaceful and nice area. Little traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
