Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious place to stay with old-fashioned charm. Here, you live close to nature without neighbors. There are good opportunities to hike in the forest, swim, pick mushrooms and berries, fish and cycle, just leave directly from the garden out on the nearest forest road. Lake and swimming are within 5 km, as well as a grocery store, train station, gas station and pizzeria within 5 km. The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara, located in the middle between Kalmar and Karlskrona, with about 40 kilometers to each city (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you could imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed linens & towels can be rented for €15/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming jetties and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to our nice cottage (No. 1) which was newly renovated in 2024. The cottage is located together with three other cottages with beautiful views of the meadows. New bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and large windows facing the pastures where sheep and sometimes wild animals can be seen grazing. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
