House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 8 miles northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farmhouse with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty right nearby the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is priced for its fine service and range. Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Cheerful fresh cabin close to nature and Östersund

Fresh and cozy cottage with proximity to nature and lake. 10 km to Östersund, 3 .3 km to Birka Folkhögskola, 3.5 km to Eldrimner, 4 km to Torsta gymnasium, 90 km to Åre. Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk. Patio with awning, barbecue and sun loungers. Car is helpful to have as it is 3 km to the nearest bus. Parking is right outside the house, socket for engine heater. Electric car chargers are available for an additional charge. Cleaning for an extra charge.

Scenic small guesthouse on horse farm by the lake

A small perfect getaway in rural environment close to the city. The room shows an amazing view over Östersund city, Frösön and the lake. The appartment is newly built and fresh. Perfect for 1-2 persons staying for a while, or up to 4 persons if you just need somewhere to sleep. You will be surrounded by nature and animals. The cabin is situated in our garden. If you are in to horses we can offer tours with horse and carriage, or horseback riding.

Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cozy cottage in Byskogen just 5 km from Östersund

Cozy attached cottage close to central Östersund, Ski arena and nature. Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.

Deze unieke accommodatie heeft een geheel eigen stijl. Met originele details met het comfort van nu. Camping = Glamping Kom genieten van de rust en ruimte tussen de bomen. Heerlijk veranda met schitterend uitzicht op het meer. De sauna binnen handbereik. Zwemmen, vissen of kajakken behoort uiteraard tot de mogelijkheden. Ruik de naaldbomen, proef de sfeer en bak je worstjes op grill. Enjoy Life !!
