Thehouse has one large bedroom and a mezanine bedroom with two single beds. There are a few steps up to the house, but is very close to all the Tavernas, shops and facilities the town has to offer. Parking is available in the town port.Also the house has 2 baths!one in the garden and second in the master bedroom!!

The house (85sq.m.) is located in the village of Neo Klima (Elios), 18 km from the town of Skopelos and 80 meters from the beach where you can swim. In our quiet neighborhood and about 60 meters away there is a mini market, taverns, a bus stop and a pediatrician 30 meters away. In our village there is also an ATM of the National Bank and a pharmacy.
