Very nice tiny house with two minutes walking distance to swimming area and nice nature in a quiet area. The house has a well-equipped kitchen/living room. 160cm bed, 47" TV. Wi-Fi. Possibility with more sleeping places is available (large electric inflatable mattress). Bathroom with shower/toilet and a dining area for four people. Air heat pump/air conditioning. Large windows/sliding doors overlooking the garden. Deck with pergola (vase roof), privacy, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Five minutes by car to town, own large parking for 1-3 cars.

Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house.
