Here you live with hiking trails just around the corner and Vänern's beautiful swimming areas just a few kilometers away. From the furnished balcony, you have a front-row view of nature – moose, deer and foxes often pass by. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening at sunset. In addition, Hammarö golf course is only a short drive away.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Small but airy accommodation (25m2 + sleeping loft) bright and cozy, comfortable and cozy. Close (150 meters) to the lake, swimming and relaxation. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Modern - built in 2018, year-round city, with most amenities. Summer time access to a gazebo on the property if you want a little more space for socializing. Hike in the beautiful surroundings, run on Kilenegården's nice exercise track, bike or maybe rent a paddleboard.
