2Skiathos is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes on foot from the Old Port and Papadiamantis Street. A supermarket, restaurants and coffee shop are all moments from the studio - everything you need for a relaxing stay on this beautiful island! Unfortunately, I must add a climate resilience tax of €8 per night, up from the previous €1.50. This tax is paid directly to the Greek Authorities, and supports efforts to protect the environment. Our house is an one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Is located at the center of Skiathos town. The nearest beach is 200m far away and the nearest parking space 100m. The main street and the port of Skiathos is less than 5 minutes on foot. Traditional tavernas, trattorias are located next to the house! The house is appropriate for people who don't want to use vehicle on their holidays because the house is located in the heart of the island!

Spiros house

Traditional cosy house situated in the heart of Skiathos centre(at the old town which is the oldest and most traditional place), ideal for a family of five. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

CapeVerde

The house "CapeVerde" is located in the village of Glossa Skopelos. It overlooks a large part of the village as well as the entire front view of the sea of Glossa and Skiathos. The neighborhood is dominated by silence and the freshness of nature. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The distances from the beaches are closer from our village than from the country of the island. Also the island of Skiathos is 18 minutes away by boat.

Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η κουζίνα, το καθιστικό και το μπάνιο και στον δεύτερο όροφο κρεβατοκάμαρα με το μπαλκόνι. Κοντά θα βρείτε την κεντρική αγορά της Σκιάθου, πολλά εστιατόρια, μπαράκια καθώς και τις περίφημες μαξιλάρες.

Έχοντας ως στόχο την άνεση του επισκέπτη, το Castella Apartment προσφέρει ένα ήρεμο και καθαρό περιβάλλον για τις διακοπές σας. Καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού απέχει μόλις 500μ από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 2 λεπτά από την αφετηρία των λεοφωρείων. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.
