Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Large terrace with its own barbecue. 4 km to Karlstad & 2.5 km to Kristinehamn. Wood & cleaning is included in the price. You can book 4 beds in the sleeping cabin next door if there are more than 4 people. Bed linens & bath towels can be rented for SEK 130/person

Just a few hundred meters to the lake. There are cows and calves in the pasture that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. Great fishing.
