Farmhouse in historic village in Österlen

Make yourself at home and cozy up in this rustic accommodation. Your stay is part of a converted barn from the 19th century, located in a village. In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

Lovely cottage - nature, lake, hikes, relax

Skärsnäs is a hamlet in the Northeast of Skåne, a good hour by car north of Kristianstad. The property used to be a small farm. It is surrounded by forests and in walking distance to the beautiful lake Immeln. The rental space is in the main house and in the converted barn, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in each for 1- 8 people. Kayaking, fishing (w. permit), canoeing is possible, and otherwise just enjoying the nature and the total peacefulness Shopping 20minutes by car (no shops in Skärsnäs).

Husdjur ej tillåtna. Elbilsladdning finns. Stränder och shopping inom 40min. Boendet har två våningar. På nedervårningen finns ett badrum med dusch, kök, matplats samt ett vardagsrum. På 2:a våningen finns två sovrum med fyra sängar, en bäddsoffa, extra tältsäng samt en uppfällbar spjälsäng för små barn

Vacker fyrlängad skånegård med anor från 1880-talet. Här bor man rofyllt i den ombyggda stallbyggnaden bland böljande sädesfält och vackra vyer. Njut av lugnet på landet och magiska solnedgångar. Lägenheten är 35 kvm med plats för 2 personer. Egen uteplats och badrum. Tillgång till gemensamt orangeri, uteplatser och del av den mysiga innergården. Finns 2 lägenheter i gästhuset. Cykelavstånd till Lomma centrum, hamnen och stranden (3km). Nära till tåg och buss till Malmö, Köpenhamn och Lund.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Just let us know when you make your reservation!

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård,”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Newly renovated one room guest suite with separate entrance built into an old barn. The property has five buildings dating back 200 years! The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic Luxury!

Welcome to stay at our lovely stable studio apartment, situated right next to Beddinge golf course and just a short walk to the long, white Beddinge beach. This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Topp renoverad lada nära naturen med en berusande bokskog alldeles vid dörren. Ladan ligger på baksidan av huvudbyggnaden Hallavara gården som är 250 kvm och också hyrs ut på Airbnb separat. byggnaderna har skilda ingångar och ligger på olika delar av trädgården uteplatserna ä separata och det är ingen insyn från den ena eller den andra.
