VILLA KONSTANTINIDI

Our home is recently renovated and situated near public transport. The vintage kitchen, the comfortable couch- beds, the tall ceilings, the cozy atmosphere ,the sunny rooms and its location, which is around 300 metres far from the beach, make it unique. It is ideal for couples, for a single person who wishes to have tranquility or nearby activities ,for business travelers, families with children and even pets . Fishing is also an optional activity that we would surely recommend .

A welcoming entrance is framed by two potted plants on either side of the door. The door features a decorative glass panel with a turquoise finish and a light above, all set against a soft peach wall. A small welcome mat is positioned at the base.

You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port
