Acqua Blue Mola Kaliva Resort & Spa

In the most beautiful part of Kassandra, right by the sea, protected from the crowds of mass tourism, a small, family complex of six residences, on the largest estate in the area, it offers privacy and plenty of space for play. In front of you is only the endless sea! The view calms and relaxes!! It is no coincidence that when we host our friends, it is difficult to get them off the veranda at night... they tell us that they are in paradise!-) it is your turn to live the experience!!

House in Fourka, first row to the sea, courtyard view!

The house is 30 sq.m., first row to the sea, rear, overlooking the yard and not the sea! It's next to the center and the shops. You don't need a car at all! It has a bedroom with a single bed, a baby playpen, a living room with two sofa beds, a king size bed with a mechanism and a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with washing machine. Its garden ends up in the sea without a road in between!!! Wonderful and carefree moments in the waves!!

A cozy semi-detached maisonette only 50 m from the beach, next door to a supermarket and butcher's. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with a large TV in the basement. The place has just been completely renovated and has all appliances needed for cooking as well as ACs in the top bedrooms and in the livingroom. Huge BBQ in the garden. The house features 2 secure parking spaces.

Family holidays with a view and a big garden close by the sea. This house is perfect for families who seek an appartment with a very big garden, barbecue and all the amenities of a modern house (fast wifi, utensils, laundry machine). There is room for 5-6 persons in the house which consists of a cute bedroom with 1 sofa-bed that opens and a living room with 1 double bed, plus a sofa-bed. The beach is 500m away whilst supermarkets 5min by car away.

The spectacular sea view of the house is the best part of it. There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.
