Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Set on a beautiful wooded plot of century-old oak, it has parking and a large swimming pool. Ideally located, the house is located 1/2 hour from the ocean, 1 hour from Spain and 1.5 hours from Arcachon, allowing you to visit the South-West. During the migratory season, the daily passage of cranes above the house, land 1 km away in the reserve.

In a small new house paired on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extend to the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.
