Surrounded by greenery, the apt. has been just restored according to chromotherapy values (March 2022). One spacious bedroom + terrace overlooking the woods, 1 bathroom, new kitchen, living room with sofa-bed and another terrace. 4th floor, high, light all day (in the morning on the bedroom side; in the afternoon on the living room side). The building, with 2 lifts, has free parking and a newly opened gymnasium on the ground floor. A dream apartment to rest on vacation just 900 m from the sea.

É um lugar que dispõe de estacionamento gratuito, com localização muito central dada a sua proximidade de cafés, restaurantes, bem como, do Mercado da Praia das Maçãs, Padaria, Talho, Supermercado, Farmácia, Lavandaria, CTT e transportes públicos. Ideal para famílias.

Propriedade com 7000M2 fechados, envolvidos em verde com a Serra de Sintra e o mar aqui tão perto. Calmo, elegante dividido em dois espaços absolutamente únicos. A Moradia com todo o requinte que merece e uma área de diversão para as crianças onde podem desfrutar de jogos e brincadeiras e o requinte de um piquenique encantador sem sair de casa. With the Sintra Train Station and Bus Station 100 meters away, Happy Holiday Sintra offers a privileged location for guests to explore the mystic places of Sintra. It is ten-minute walk to the old historic center, with the Pena National Palace 3.4 km away and the Medieval Moorish Castle is a 20-minute walk. There are nice restaurants, cafes, and bars on our street.

Located in the historic neighborhood of Alfama, nearby the Cathedral and several typical fado restaurants such as Clube de Fado or Casa de Linhares. Just 300 meters away from city's main square, Praça do Comércio and Baixa (downtown). It gathers all requirements needed to enjoy a perfect stay in Lisbon. Very spacious appartement (200m2), fully equipped. . For the moment there are some works in the surroundings. View over the river. Wifi included.

Casa Jasmine - Free parking

Walking distance to the centre of Sintra, and walking distance to “Pena Palace” . We are in a quiet, calm location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Please note that if there are two people and you need two beds there is an extra cost of 40€/night which has to be added with the third person option as two people can share one bed at no extra cost - complex but the only way to do it on the platform.
