Do you like it quiet on holiday and also typical of the country? Then you've come to the right place.The apartment I have to rent is located on the 2nd floor of our residential building.We live in a quiet residential area right in Siniscola. Parking in front of the house is easily possible. The apartment has 60 sqm. It has a spacious living-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large south-facing balcony. Double sofa bed in the living room. We speak German and Italian.

A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12.
