Parking in front of the house is easily possible. The apartment has 60 sqm. It has a spacious living-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large south-facing balcony. Double sofa bed in the living room. We speak German and Italian.

The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
