Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. The beautiful Finca Son Piris is situated in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the cute village of Es Llombards. The finca was completely renovated and refurnished in December 2024. A beautiful pool, an idyllic outdoor area and a spacious house with three bedrooms and a small spa with infrared sauna, ice bath and relaxation zone offer enough space for a wonderful holiday. The nearest bays and the town Santanyí with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.

The house of almost 170 m2, with heating and air conditioning, is right in the center of the village. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. You will feel like another local. The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. And the local gastronomy, one of the best in Mallorca. With the train, bus and taxi you can move around the whole island. Welcome!

You'll love our place because in the renovation we have respected the charm of the Mallorcan village houses, in addition to being very bright, spacious and cozy. You can relax in the small pool and garden on the hottest days of the year and in turn enjoy the old town of the village. Sineu has a train to Palma and its location in the center of the island will help you travel from end to end with ease. Easy parking around, ideal for couples, cyclists and families.

An arched ceiling enhances the spaciousness of the room, which features a comfortable bed with neutral bedding. A wooden table with a mirror and a chair occupies one corner, while a soft armchair and a plant add a touch of serenity. Natural light fills the room.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

A serene outdoor space features a soft green pool with a gentle water flow from a stone fountain. Two terracotta vases stand gracefully next to the water, complemented by a comfortable seating area adorned with pillows, set against a smooth, earthy-toned wall.

Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches
