Beautiful Småland house in Lönneberga

Beautiful Smålandshus in vibrant village. Room for a maximum of 12 people. In the house, there are seven rooms and a spacious and well-equipped country kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and WC. Washing machine and dryer. In the garden, there are soccer goals, swings, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Some bicycles are available to borrow Public nice swimming area with jetty and swings by the lake Linden. Canoe and rowboat are available to borrow. Sights: Astrid Lindgren's World Vimmerby. A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Slappna av och njut i detta unika och nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i djupaste skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur och detta hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.

The Drängstugan in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
