The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

We also offer the first floor managed on the listing Monte ove il sole giasce. Montrigiasco, a hamlet of Arona, is a quiet and residential area, surrounded by greenery. This area is strategic because it is close to the highway and convenient for reaching Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta and Ossola

The Sun House

The Maison du Soleil is located in Colazza, a small and characteristic village surrounded to the north by hills rich in forests and overlooking the panoramic view of part of Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese, Lake Comabbio and Lake Monate. The apartment, recently renovated, is in a very quiet area and there is a large terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Inside you will find various types of comfort: flat-screen smart TVs, appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.

A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.
