Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

La cuisine est ouverte sur la pièce de vie avec un poêle, un canapé convertible en lit double d'excellente facture. Chambre sur la mezzanine avec une fenêtre donnant sur la plus belle partie du parc (vue sur la rivière, un pressoir et un magnifique cèdre). Salle d'eau avec une grande ouverture sur le jardin.
