Fantastic location at the end of a closed road, directly up to a forest/nature area. Close to swimming lakes, beautiful nature and mountain bike trails. Only 500 meters to the supermarket and about 2.5 km to the center. Large garden with several cozy corners and covered terrace with TV, outdoor kitchen, refrigerator and gas grill. In addition, a campfire area, swimming pool, trampoline, swing, soccer goal and lots of outdoor toys. About 1 hour drive to Legoland, Lalandia, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park. 1/2 hour drive to Aarhus (2nd largest city in Denmark).

You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the bathing lakes - for example. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. Nice bright house with 3 rooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with hot tub and sauna. A short walk from the house you will find the large playground and the Tarzan track. Free access to the water park and adjacent sports halls (squash, table tennis, badminton, pickleball, climbing and tennis). You won't be bored here. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, you can also hike or cycle in the hilly landscape or plan a trip to Silkeborg, visit the art museum or take the paddle steamer to Himmelbjerget.

Dejligt hus som ligger for enden af en rolig lukket vej. Der er lukket have med en lille legeplads for de yngste, mulighed for at grille, lave bål eller slappe af i den udendørs sofa. Grønt område og naturstier lige udenfor døren. Der er indkøbsmuligheder tæt på, og i sommerhalvåret er friluftsbadet åbent. Vi vil ligeledes have et stort badebassin i haven, hvis I ønsker det. Tæt på motorvej, så hurtig transport til fx Herning, Silkeborg eller Aarhus. Der bor en hund i huset til dagligt.

Beautiful and cozy summer house in a quiet area. It is located 80 meters down to the Gudenåen. From September 1, 2025, the house will have a wilderness spa In summer, there is a shared giant pool for adults and children. (May-Aug) The cottage has 3 nice rooms with lovely beds, 2 bathrooms, a really nice kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The terrace is lovely and there are wind sails, so it is always windless.

We rent out our apartment in Landal Søhøjlandet, 13 km from Silkeborg. There is a water park and a sports hall. lots of activities for the whole family. The apartment is in the first row up to the main building where all things happen and close to playground and bouncy castle. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. In the living room upstairs, there is also a sofa bed.
