God bussforbindelse med nærmeste bussholdeplass 200 m unna. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Kort vei til Skien fritidspark. Dagligvarebutikk og flere andre butikker 200 m unna. Ikke tilgang til trådløst internett. Ikke egnet for små barn.Det er mulighet for 2 hvis de ikke er redd for det blir trangt.Litt lite varmt vann.Ikke tillatt for dyr.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Hyggelig nyoppusset leilighet med 2 soverom. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng 180 x 200 cm, det andre med 140 x 200. Fullt møblert med alt av hvitevarer etc. Nytt bad i 2024. Egen uteplass. Mulighet for lading av elbil etter avtale. Leiligheten ligger sentralt på Gulset, 10 minutter fra Gromstul. Perfekt for arbeidere på datasenteret! Flotte turområder i nærheten, og hyppig bussforbindelse om det er ønskelig å ta kollektiv-transport til Skien sentrum. Trådløst internett tilgjengelig.

Gangavstand til kjøpesenter og Fritidsparken, det man kan bade, gå tur, spille frisbeegolf, padletennis, minigolf, tennis, klatrepark +++ Det er 1 soverom med en dobbeltseng, men vi kan re opp flere senger og på sofaen. Leiligheten er fullmøblert, med servise og alt man vil trenge til matlaging på kjøkkenet.

Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt den fantastiske utsikten over innseilingen til Oslo. Flott ettroms leilighet i nytt hus. Landlig men allikevel kort vei til det meste. Veldig god veiforbindelse til begge sider av Oslofjorden. 20 minutter til Asker sentrum, Ca 35 minutter til Oslo, 30 minutter til Drammen.
