Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the second floor in the historic Villa Laur, which was renovated by us with much love in 2023. Located on the banks of the Danube and at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle, the apartment offers a central starting point for exploring Sigmaringen and the surrounding area. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.
