The apartment is located on the outskirts with adjacent meadows. A bike and hiking trail runs right by the house. Playgrounds within walking distance. In the neighboring town, there is a Netto supermarket with a bakery café, about 1.5 km away. The Danube Valley, with its ruins and caves, is a popular destination for day trips, as are Lake Constance and the medieval construction site of Campus Galli.

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Located on the banks of the Danube and at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle, the apartment offers a central starting point for exploring Sigmaringen and the surrounding area. Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.
